Class Schedule
A safe, beginner friendly space to practice moving your breath and body. No pressure to perform.
Tuesdays / 7:15 PM
Slow Rhythm
60 mins
Happy Finch Yoga, Clayton NC
A one-hour, unheated practice for the days you need to slow down and actually feel it.
We move through mindful, breath-led sequences β unhurried by design, held together with moments of stillness. This isn't a class built around performing the pose. It's built around creating space in the body, regulating the nervous system, and returning to your own natural rhythm.
Come as you are. Whether youβre a curious beginner, a seasoned yogi, or simply just returning to your mat, you're invited to meet yourself exactly where you land that day. Props are our friends here β blocks, blankets, bolsters, straps β and using them isn't doing less, it's doing different. Honoring what your body's asking for. Modify any pose as needed, skip one entirely, or rest in Child's Pose. Remember, this is YOUR practice.
Let your breath be the anchor. Letβs find our natural rhythms together. All levels welcome.
Restorative at Raleigh Unrushed
75 mins
Friday, September 4 / 6:30 PM
Always rushing? Afraid to slow down?
You don't earn your rest here. You return to it.
Restorative Yoga is a slow, supported, nervous-system-rooted practice for the person who is done performing wellness and ready to actually experience it. No pushing. No performance. Just the deep practice of coming home to yourself.
75 minutes to Release β soften the survival tension you've been carrying in your shoulders, your jaw, your breath. To Ease β settle into supported postures your body can finally exhale into. To Strengthen β resilience from a rested place, softness and strength together. To Yes β integrate, and return to the natural rhythm your body's been trying to remind you of.
Rooted in nervous system science, Jamaican cultural wisdom, and the practice of the unrushed.
First class ONLY $11 Β· ($22 per class).
All levels welcome
rest right so you can rise right
July 25 / 5:30pm
Focused around the parts of the body that carry what we don't always say out loud.
We hold a lot in the hips. Grief we didn't get to feel all the way through. Years of bracing, holding it together, keeping moving. This is where we slow down and let some of that go β hip openers to release what's been stored, heart openers woven in to make room for what wants back in.
This is a space for women, held by women. No performing, no proving β just breath, movement, and the company of sisters who get it. You don't need flexibility. You need willingness.
Come as you are. Letβs open our hearts and hip :)
Move in authentically, rest anytime, and let your breath lead the way home.
One hour. $22 love offering.
ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR
I'm Jahdea Kedeche
I moved to the US with two degrees, no solid plan, and a bag full of courage. Yoga found this Yardie in 2020 β right when I was quietly falling apart β and became my most powerful pathway back to myself. What began as a personal practice for healing transformed into a calling. I'm Jahdea, a Jamaican-born yoga guide and founder of ResYes Yoga & Wellness. In 2024 I completed my 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and now I help high-performing Black women use the science of yoga to release tension, reclaim rest, and remember who they are. My classes weave together Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles to support nervous system healing and embodied awareness β a calm, grounding space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and explore your body with curiosity and compassion. Strength with softness. Movement with intention. Rest as resistance.
This is ResYes. A wellness-powered revolution. Welcome home!
